Jac O'Keeffe Satsang

Friday, April 29th : 7:30pm to 9:30pm (donation)

Spencer St. Claire says, "If you are not familiar with her, please take some time to get acquainted with her by going to her website www.jackieokeeffe.com and then going to the Audio Satsang page. There are maybe 50 full satsangs that you can listen to or download. She also has about a dozen programs on Never Not Here, if you are familiar with that. She is a dynamic satsang teacher, not for the curious, but for the serious. I compare her to Kali, necklace of skulls around her neck, sword swinging. So I would say her approach is more "Yang", compared to the "Yin" approach of Pamela Wilson, Jeannie Zandi and Karen Mc Phee. Personally, I like both approaches, and tend to not be so interested in those who are in the middle... The Yin approach is all about bringing the disowned parts into the heart, about allowing, accepting, nurturing. The Yang approach is more active, more about cutting through all the crap that our minds make up. I don't yet know the cost of the events, but I suspect that Jac would like to get at least deposits to reserve a spot. She told me that she is more interested in 6 people showing up who are totally dedicated to awakening than to have 50 curious ones show up... I suspect that even though this will be her first satsangs on the west coast of the US (she is from Ireland), she will pretty much pack Lois & Don's living room. She is a real dynamo."
